Graduate program

Qatar Foundation runs a trainee program for high school and university graduates.

Through the Career Development Plan, trainees are placed in roles across the organization, either in QF Head Office or with one of QF’s many centers, partners and affiliates.

Trainees receive on-the-job training, job assignments and formal classroom training. The program takes between one and two years to complete, after which the trainee has the opportunity to become a full-time employee.

In line with Qatar National Vision 2030, we give priority to Qatari nationals to take part in this program.
