Participants of the program will gain in-depth knowledge on how to identify opportunities for encouraging, incentivizing and managing the many-to-many interactions on social media in a manner that creates and/or enhances value both for companies and customers.

Dr. Nils Plambeck, Dean & CEO of HEC Paris in Qatar commented, “This program will allow participants to understand how to leverage Social Media Marketing and will provide the keys to build and implement an effective strategy. HEC Paris’ program ‘Marketing through Social Media’ is designed to help participants to create and implement successful social media strategies that will serve their business needs.”

The Open Program will address areas such as the digitized customer journey, the social media landscape and cultures, and the four pillars of social media marketing strategy. During the two days, participants will gain insight and understanding of the difference between traditional, digital and social media marketing and their varied landscapes, in addition to increasing their social media literacy and key concepts.
