
Dr. Mohammad Fathy Saoud, President of Qatar FoundationThe Foundation's Chief Executive Officer is the President whose primary responsibility is to oversee the implementation of Qatar Foundation's mission in education, science and research, and community development. He also leads new initiatives to advance the Foundation's goals in accordance with the decisions of the organization's leadership and Board of Directors. The Strategic Planning, and Public Relations and Marketing Directorates report directly to the President because of their organization-wide remit and long-term impact.
Dr. Abdulla Al-Thani, Vice President of Education
The Education Division oversees all of Qatar Foundation's educational activities, which represent its main activity to date. This includes relationships with universities, which are autonomous partners, and with Qatar Foundation centers. It has a central role of guiding the coalescence of educational member institutions into a vibrant academic community.

Mr. Rashid Al Naimi, Vice President of AdministrationThe Administration Division provides support services across all the background activities that are essential to achieving the Foundation's strategic goals. It aims to do this as efficiently and effectively as possible, so that greater resources can be made available for the organization's core functions.

Mr. Saad Al Muhannadi, Vice President of Capital Project and Facilities ManagementThe Capital Projects & Facilities Division oversees the planning, design and construction of all of Qatar Foundation's buildings and their supporting infrastructure, and ensures that they are maintained to the highest standards during their operational lifetime.

Dr. Abdelali Haoudi, Vice President of ResearchThe Research Division coordinates the activities of the multiple partners that are contributing to Qatar's national research effort. These are located within Qatar and outside, and they are conducting both pure and applied research in areas that are of interest to the country. The Division is leading the drive to create a research culture in Qatar.

The Strategic Planning Directorate supports the Board of Directors and the President in long-term, strategic decision-making. It conducts relevant research, compiles data and offers models to assist the organization's top bodies steer Qatar Foundation's course.
PUBLIC RELATIONS & MARKETING DIRECTORATE
The Public Relations & Marketing Directorate seeks to gain awareness, understanding and endorsement among the multiple stakeholder groups that are in a position to influence Qatar Foundation's success. It is responsible for central corporate communications and offers a consultancy service to member institutions and Qatar Foundation directorate.
