The Administration Division manages the operations that underpin Qatar Foundation's activities in implementing its human development mission. These affect people, processes, products and policies across Qatar Foundation, its centers, partners and affiliates. The Division is divided into Directorates that are responsible for specific areas of work. They are:
The Business Process Improvement Directorate works closely with other departments and centers to devise processes that will enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Directorate's core business includes: maintaining ISO 9001-2000 standards in Qatar Foundation departments, eliminating waste, and facilitating teams in their individual business process improvement initiatives.
The Finance Directorate has overall responsibility for the financial affairs of Qatar Foundation and its centers, ensuring compliance with national laws and international standards. This includes budgeting, planning, control and reporting; risk management; receipt and payment of funds. The Directorate provides support services to associated entities of the Foundation.
The Human Resources Directorate maximizes the value of the organization's human capital and aligns it with the initiatives, strategies and needs of stakeholders. It recruits, retains and motivates the talent needed to fulfill organizational needs, and it maintains an effective and supportive working environment.
The Information Technology Directorate is a center of excellence for the delivery and support of Information Communication Technology. It proactively seeks opportunities for innovation that will advance Qatar Foundation's mission in the areas of education, scientific research and community development.
The Procurement Directorate liaises between end users and suppliers to ensure that Qatar Foundation acquires goods and services, in a timely manner that is suitable for the intended purpose, at the best possible value. Its remit extends from stationery supplies to major construction projects.

The Support Services Directorate provides value-added auxiliary services to students, faculty, staff and their families, improving the overall quality of life within the Qatar Foundation Education City community.
To this end, the Support Services Directorate works collaboratively with Qatar Foundation's directorates, centers, joint ventures and universities using experienced and qualified teams to meet and exceed the expectations of the Education City Community.
